Free Windows Support
The mission of this website and the associated YouTube Channel is to provide free Windows Tech Support to people willing to be “on camera” in my Live Stream YouTube videos as I provide help with their computer needs. I think there is a substantial number of people who will enjoy improving their own computer skills by watching those videos.
What Can You Get Help With?
You can ask for help with any needs you have involving a Windows computer for personal use or small business use. You can ask for help with understanding computer concepts where you think your knowledge needs improvement even when you are not having trouble with your computer. You can ask for help with hardware or software issues and with selecting a new computer to purchase. There is a list of topics I want to teach someone while creating a video just because I think it would be useful to many people. You could volunteer to be my “student” in one of these topics. Maybe you would like to provide information to the audience and actually collaborate with me in discussing or demonstrating a topic. You Don’t Know What You Don’t Know
You use your computer(s) differently than anyone else in the whole world. I can ask you questions about how you use your computer and then bait you with tips that can make your productivity and satisfaction improve in ways you never imagined. When you hear me describe a tip that you are interested we can go down that road. Much of my billable hours are spent fixing problems and I rarely get to show a client how to use their computer more effectively. I hope that some of my billable local clients will take advantage of these free sessions to improve their skills without having to expose their employer’s computers to the YouTube audience. If you are a computer technician whether professional or amateur I have many ways for you to participate that I think you will enjoy. Also, you will be able to provide important value to the world of computer users and technicians. That last sentence may sound over ambitious but you don’t know my full plan yet. Will It Always Be Free?
Yes and no. I can not do the work I am planning without it providing an income but I will never charge money for a support session during a live YouTube event. I do expect to make money by other means such as affiliate marketing, Patreon, PayPal, Super Chats, YouTube advertising revenue and other such peripheral income but never as a charge for a support session.
