Definitions
The terms of consumer, user, viewer, payer are used interchangeably with little distinction. The terms of service provider, content-creator, instructor are used interchangeably with little distinction.
Web Retainer Client
This is intended and expected to be the bread and butter of the income for LiveWindowsTraining. The base level will be $1.00 per month for a person to become recognized as a Web Retainer Client.
In the movies an attorney may tell a person in need to give them a dollar which will create an attorney/client privilege relationship. In the same way this $1.00 base level will establish a trust relationship between the service provider and the consumer.
The act of scheduling a $1.00 per month automatic payment will create a motivation from the payer to regularly utilize the services usually in the form of improving their skills by watching the videos. Contrast that to watching videos for free and the consumer will be less regular in their pursuit of improving their skills.
The service level agreement defines more specifically what a consumer can expect in exchange for their $1.00 per month base level payment. Higher payment levels will provide a higher level of service.
Priority Fees
Priority Fees provide an opportunity for a user with an urgent need to move to the front of the line to expedite the help they need. It is likely these priority fees will still be far more affordable than a professional computer consultant. These fees will fluctuate with market demand. For instance a person may be able to move to the very front of the line for a $5.00 priority fee if no one else is currently waiting for service that has paid a higher fee.
If LiveWindowsTraining achieves a level of success where users are paying $50 and more to get first in line priority service then there should be more service providers attracted to this business model and prices should stabilize at a user affordable level.
In order for this strategy to work well there will be transparency in the demand levels for priority service so that a person does not need to overpay in order to get priority service.
Super Chat
Super Chat is a donation model that YouTube provides to viewers of a live stream video. It is not very track able so any monies paid via super chat will be considered as good will support and encouragement for the provider. If a question or comment is included with the super chat payment it will get priority handling. Super chat payments made during a live stream typically will be acknowledged and thanked at the end of the video.
Advertising
Advertising will be kept to a minimum on the website and the YouTube channel. Advertising has been over utilized by providers offering free help and assistance to users and has a few undesirable consequences which makes such services unappealing and sometimes hazardous to users.

Affiliate marketing will routinely be used for products and services that are naturally included in videos and blog posts. This will be maintained at a level that most viewers will consider acceptable.
Product Sales
Product Sales may or may not be pursued. Any consideration of product sales would have to enhance the consumer experience not detract from it.
Private Sessions
Private sessions involving remote connection, phone calls, skype or other forms of communication are available at the normal hourly rate charged by the provider to local clients. These session are available for consumers who have privacy concerns and do not want their sessions to be viewed by the Internet.
This service may be used by home users or business users. This service can be used by businesses for creating video content to viewed exclusively by their employees.
